Servo motor holding torque control problem

       The servo system is controlled by torque: one is that when the torque is getting larger, the servo motor speed is slower, and the other is that the larger the torque, the faster the servo motor speed is, and the speed is maintained when the set torque is reached. There are two types of load torque control. One is that the faster the speed, the greater the torque.At this time if the torque control is taken, the speed will be automatically reduced to reduce the output torque to the set torque. The other is that the faster the speed, the smaller the torque. At this time taking the torque control will automatically speed up the torque to reduce the torque to the set torque;

The following are ten kinds of torque control problems for servo motors:

1. Torque control is the control of the servo motor current. The magnitude of the servo motor current determines the load torque, which is controlled by the servo motor when the motor is overloaded.

2. When the speed is faster, the load is smaller, and the load torque decreases as the speed increases. The servo motor current will automatically decrease.

3. The speed control is the control of the servo motor power frequency and voltage, which can be controlled by the inverter.

4. The faster the speed, the greater the torque, such as the water pump and the fan load. The current increases automatically as the speed increases.

5. Pay special attention here. The load torque is small, the current of the servo motor is reduced, the servo motor torque is reduced, and the load movement is dragged. This process is the instinct of the servo motor and no one can control it.

6. Special attention should be paid here. The load torque is large, and the current of the servo motor is increased. Increasing the servo motor torque and dragging the load movement. This process is the instinct of the servo motorand no one can control it.

7. When the current of the servo motor is closed-loop controlled, the load torque is small, the current cannot be lower than that of given value, and the frequency and voltage of the servo motor will rise automatically, increasing the load speed and the load torque;

8. When the current of the servo motor is closed-loop controlled, the load torque is large, the current cannot exceed the given value, and the frequency and voltage of the servo motor will automatically decrease, and the load torque will be reduced.

9. If the load with increasing deceleration torque is encountered, the result of current closed-loop control must be stopped.

10. If the load with reduced speed increasing torque is encountered, the result of current closed-loop control must be the highest synchronization or power generation operation to the servo motor.
