Foshan is an important manufacturing base in China, and the output of many industrial products ranks first in the country. How to accomplish this goal, we must analyze the status quo of Foshan manufacturing.

They rely on continuous technological innovation to maintain the launch of new technologies and new products during the crisis. This is one of the secrets of the rapid development of Foshan's machinery and equipment industry. On October 21, 2009, at the 5th China (Foshan) Machinery and Equipment Exhibition, Hu Liangwei, an engineer of Guangdong Zhende Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd said that Zhende has conducted research on injection molding machine products in different industries, such as the medical device industry. The precision, environmental protection and cleanliness requirements of the machine are very high. The injection molding machine developed by Zhende and South China University of Technology has achieved all-electricity and high precision, breaking the monopoly of foreign countries.

The recovery of real estate in the second half of the year has driven the building materials market, and the implementation of home appliances to the countryside has made Foshan home appliance enterprises more favorable.         In a survey conducted by the Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau at the end of last year, Yang Zhenmin, executive general manager of Lifeng Machine Tool, admitted that in relatively remote industrial areas, high-end talents could not stay with peace of mind due to the lack of urban life experience.

　　Li Dejun, general manager of Foshan Yuantian Bedding Machinery Co., Ltd said that the average monthly wage of ordinary technical workers in Yuantian is 4,000-6,000 yuan. Some college students pay higher wages after coming to the company, but they are unwilling to go down to the front line.

　　Luo Baihui believes that enterprises can't stay in people, involving urban construction in Foshan, involving industrial parks, changes in the values of life of a new generation of college students, and human resources management in private enterprises.     3. New positioning: world-class modern manufacturing base.

      Foshan's industry will be positioned as a world-class modern manufacturing base, radiating the industrial service center of the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, and forming an important economic growth pole with Guangdong. Recently, the Foshan Municipal Development and Reform Bureau announced the Foshan Modern Industrial System Construction Plan (2009-2020), which refines the industrial development priorities of various regions of the city, and carries out the industrial space layout, and proposes to develop "one core, two belts, three districts and multi-groups; the plan also revealed that the investment of more than 300 billion yuan to build the top ten projects of the Foshan modern industrial system, will begin construction in the near future.
