Speeding up the development of linear motors will upgrade traditional manufacturing

It is also an industrial upgrade for these industries.


           Secondly, the application of linear motors can also promote the production efficiency of labor-intensive enterprises in China. Many labor-intensive industries, such as food, battery, and toy processing companies, usually require a large amount of labor. If the production line is upgraded to a linear motor-driven automated production line, it will play a certain role for company to overcome the "labor shortage" and ease the pressure from rising labor costs.


  Then, the development of the linear motor industry can quickly bring the technological gap between China and the developed countries of the world closer. The high speed, high precision and large thrust of the linear motor determine its rigid demand in the scientific research field. People use linear motors to drive maglev trains to more than 500 kilometers speed per hour. In a few seconds, a plane is ejected to a speed of several hundred kilometers, and various parts are machined with micrometer precision. It is conceivable that without the development of linear motors, many high-tech fields will be difficult to develop.
