In the solar cell manufacturing process, various photovoltaic companies have selected a large number of robots of various structures, among which the structure is compact, the speed is fast, three axes are widely used, and they can process hundreds of wafers per minute. Moreover, with the help of visual technology, the system realizes not only visual guidance, but also real-time monitoring of product quality, and can easily detect the quality problems such as cracks and gaps at any time.
In the assembly process of the panel, large-scale photovoltaic enterprises also use a large number of industrial robots, and the robots used in the assembly process of the panels are mostly large heavy-duty robots. The reason why the heavy-duty robot is selected in the assembly process of the panel is because the battery board itself usually weighs 30-35 pounds, the actual production is affected by the end effect, and the weight is greatly increased.
