        Nippon Electric Co., Ltd has designated industrial motors as a key business in its medium-term business objectives, and pointed out that it will actively carry out mergers and acquisitions. The company plans to complete the acquisition of ASI shares by the end of May. ASI's fiscal year 2011 sales revenue is about 300 million euros.
