　　 About Informatization & Digitization

In the 19th National Congress, the digital power has continuously caused an unprecedented subversive impact on all walks of life, and fundamentally changed the corporation economic model.         China's auto industry has become the world's largest automobile production and sales country for consecutive eight years, whose automobile industry's comprehensive strength, industrial structure transformation, and part industry supporting capabilities have made great progress. At the same time, China has become a largest market for new energy vehicles market for two consecutive years, and the new energy vehicles is currently at the international advanced level.

　　 After the adjustment of the new energy subsidy policy in 2016, the production and sales volume at the end of the year rose sharply and fell sharply at the beginning of this year. However, in the third quarter of this year, the development of domestic new energy vehicles has returned to normal. From the data analysis, the cumulative production and sales from January to September increased by more than 30%, compared with the same period of last year, and the monthly production and sales scale was close to 80,000. It is expected that the production and the sales volume of new energy vehicles this year is expected to increase by 30% compared with that of last year.
